Upcoming Events:

New Member Reception & Bethlehem Brainstorm

You’re invited to a congregational celebration and brainstorming event in the fellowship hall at 9:15 AM on May 5th!

Over the past several months, over a dozen new people have been learning what it means to walk together with us here at Bethlehem! After worshiping alongside us, talking with our members and our pastors, and going through the Bethlehem Beginnings class, these people are now ready to become a part of this congregation—the body of Christ here in this place! This is an exciting moment for the church, and so we will be having a new member reception during the normal Bible study hour to celebrate! There will be treats and fruit for everyone, and gifts for the new members. You will also have the chance to socialize for about 20 minutes and get to know each other better.

After the new member reception, Pastor Rod and Pastor Ben will lead everyone through a brainstorming exercise that is focused on what makes Bethlehem unique. It will be fun and lighthearted but will also serve a deeper purpose. This brainstorming exercise will help guide Bethlehem in figuring out who she is, why she is here, and how she is called to serve God’s Kingdom. This is your chance to lend your voice to the discovery of Bethlehem’s identity. God has placed us here for a reason, and we are called as a congregation to witness to Christ and what he has done for us. To do that, we must walk together in the light of Christ, unified by the one who is the “mediator between God and men.” All Bethlehem members who are available are highly encouraged to attend.

Confirmation Sunday

We welcome the following young people who will take ownership of their faith through confirmation! Please continue to lift up our students up in prayer as they
close out their confirmation year. Supporting and encouraging our young people during this time and throughout their young lives shows them they are loved
and cared for by our entire church family — not just their parents and teachers. As they prepare, pray that they see their value as they continue to grow in faith and mature in their lives.

For additional details on Bethlehem’s culture, read About Us. And please don’t hesitate to give us a call (608.837.7446), drop us an email or join us for our next worship service. We look forward to meeting you!
